 I am available for in person consultations by appointment only at Bright Aesthetics 602 Lana Drive, Cameron Mo.  I do not keep regular hours at Bright Aesthetics. 

 I also offer consults via phone call. However, prior to prescribing medications or ordering diagnostic testing/labs I do need to have an in-person appointment with you. 

 Please bring a current medication list and a copy of your most recent lab results to your appointment.  

Balance Wellness does not accept insurance. I can provide a receipt for FSA/HSA. All services are cash pay. I accept checks, Venmo, ApplePay and Paypal.

 If you need lab work, I can order labs on a cash pay basis or I can give you an order to use your insurance at an outside lab. Some wellness labs are not covered by insurance.
